if you are a moderator or addministrator oyu know that you can change peoples perrmision by going on to their profile and clicking change permission.
if you banned somebody for saying or doing bad things and if you want to get the person back click on view all contributors on the bottom of the navigationon the top click on banned users and find the persons username and click on it and then it will take you to their profile and on the right click unban.
